OUR STORY The foundations of the Terragold Group were laid over a decade ago in 1997 when the Gill family immigrated from India to Canada.
In September 1997, Mr. Ravi Gill, co-founded Silver Crest Homes Inc., an Edmonton based Single-Family Home Building Company. Over the course of six years, Silver Crest Homes grew from building one home in 1997 to building and selling over 40 homes a year by 2004. By 2004, Silver Crest Homes Inc. had build and sold over 120 custom built projects.
In 2004, Ravi decided to stir his focus from Single-Family Homes to Multi-Family projects. He sold his interest in Silver Crest Homes and formed Sarja Master Builder Inc. - a residential and commercial construction company in honour of his grandfather. Ravi has since founded Terragold Land Development Corporation and Terragold World Investments Inc. to form the Terragold Group of Companies. Together, the Terragold Group offers a full-cycle service from land development, investments and construction.
Since entering into the Real Estate Industry, Ravi has been recognized by his peers for his leadership and for being a hardworking, goal oriented entrepreneur. His firms have been recognized by numerous publications including the Edmonton Journal, Builder-Architect Magazine, Redwater Review, Redwater Tribune.
